  1. Open WOD 10 rounds + 2 @ 95lbs
Tried for 170 single snatch and failed

  2. BS: 3250
    AMRAP: 21 (last time 20)

  3. I am confused as to what my workout is for today? I don’t see anything posted for Platinum Elite CrossFit….

  4. BS: 135x5x2, 140×5, 145×5 = 2775
    AMRAP: 18 rx

  5. BS 120×5, 140x5x3 = 2700. Confession: I haven’t done my 1rm BS, so I just guessed at where I should be. 120 was too light.

AMRAP: 6 + bear crawl. Did I not listen to instructions correctly, or am I really THAT slow at bear crawls???? Down and back is 1 lap, right?

    • Your score is 20. 3 points per round. Rope, bear crawl down, bear crawl back. I think that was my score too but for some reason I lose count during this one

      • Thanks Kate!

I was really beginning to get worried that I bombed that! Yes. 20 would be right. Scaled rope to floor to standing x 2 per round

  6. BS (4,100#)
    205# x 20

WOD – completed 3 rounds before I abandoned the workout to work on rope climbing.

  7. FS 175×5, 17×4, 160×10….. Wod 21

  8. Snatch workout at 85 – 6 rounds plus 1

  9. Front Squat 225X20 4500 total.

No work portion, got plenty of that surfing.

  10. BS- 5×110, 5×115, 5×115, 5×110=2250
