  1. BS: 115 x 5 x 3 = 1725 – bad day
    work: 12:55 @ 65lbs, ropes rx – went super light

    Everything hurt this morning. Late tennis match last night, another one tonight, final one on Saturday. My body is taking a beating. Semi-rest day today.

    To do over or offer advice. Don’t go full speed early on. I did the first 30 in 1:26 and was winded in my 135 round. Could have made to 155 if I had pace my self.

    BP 230X10 225X10 total lb 4,550 avg lb 227.5 last week 225.

    WOD RX 8 total round plus 5 Pullups, 10 Pushups, 8 squats

    Total score 279

    Very pleased indeed! last time 243…you can really squeeze a lot of movements out in 30 seconds on this WOD…next time 9 rounds!!!

    Well, I finally broke through my 90lb snatch hang-up and got to 95lbs twice. BUT, I had to scale the snatches in the round of 95lbs to 85lbs. Small victories, I suppose!
    WOD: don’t remember how many reps I got!

  11. Front squat 10-8-6-4-2 Thought this scheme would be a decent gauge for my knee. Wrapped in knee sleeves, hit good depth and went 95, 115, 135, 155, 175. Stayed tight in my descents and was very conscious of avoiding any shin drift forward. Felt OK during and after. Good news for this year’s Open. Had written it off but maybe I can do it after all.

    Work- 124 @70-1st time doing pullups rx

    work: 190 @ 80lbs

    Glad I went light yesterday so I had the energy to win in a 3rd set tie-break and final break my 11 yr losing streak against Cape Fear Country Club! Still pumped up about that this morning!
