Platinum Elite CrossFit
Strength- Deadlift 4×5 for Total Load
Strength 2- Prone Cobra 3×8

Work- Open Prep 2 rds, Platinum Elite 3 rds for reps

“Fight Gone Bad” Format- 1 min of 5 actions for max reps, 1 min rest between rounds.

1- Thrusters 95/65
2- Reverse Burpees
3- Crossover Pushups
4- Sandbag Step ups
5- Grasshoppers

    Front squats 235 3×5 should have done 245, sore from Saturday tire drag. What a great work out!

    FGB horrible performance…could not get my lungs to catch up today, and I skipped Reverse Burpees on my first round by accident. When I tried them on round 2 they were irritating my low back so I skipped them all together pretty much

    Score 164.


  5. Saturday: 2 hr tennis match
    yesterday: 2 hrs of moving furniture then 2 hr tennis match (last minute unexpected fill in)
    today: back hurt, elbow hurt, shoulders hurt = rest day and went for a run

    WOD 152, thrusters were giving my knee an issue, so I didn’t get as many as I normally would, did regular burpees instead of reverse (again, knee positioning )


  9. This is a true Crossfit Geriatric comment thread. Everyone is complaining about their aching knees and backs! In keeping with the theme, I tweaked my neck and scaled the fuck out of everything
