WOD for Thursday 11-6-14 and event #2 For Saturday’s Comp.

Event 2-  Team Tire Drag:  For time, Athlete’s must drag a tire to the CVS wall and back.  Facing forward, belt at waist.  Ladies, empty tire. Guys, tire plus sandbag.  Team is responsible for sandbag, belt changes etc.  Tire, sandbag and both athletes need to be across the finish line to stop the clock.

Strength 1- Back Squat 4×5

Strength 2- GHD Back Extension 2×20

Work- AMRAP in 8 –  Bear Crawl 1 lap, 1 Rope Climb (Last performed 9/25 & 10/16)

OPEN PREP

10 Minutes Skill Development- Split Snatch

10 Minutes-  Snatch Balance

Work- 5 Minutes- With a challenging weight, complete as many reps of the complex as possible:

Split snatch R, Split Snatch L, Power Snatch, Full Snatch, 2 Overhead Squats (Last perfomed 9/25 & 10/16)

    Legs are tired this week and it affected my BS

    Soooo, I must be a shitty mother because I’m skipping kid soccer for the competition on Saturday. Yikes! And it will be Brody’s first keeping score/championship game . . . I know there will be more!
