4×3 Snatch Pulls @ 100% of Snatch 1 RM. Looking for speed on the bar.

5×1 Snatch (pretty)

Work- Isabelle 30 Snatches for time 135/95. Scale to a weight that is challenging but that you can get consistently.

TPECF

Therapy Roll-10 Minutes

Strength – Back Squat 4×4 for peak.

Strength 2- 3×5 Reverse Lunges to 85% (pretty tough) full exertion

Work- Field Drills-Agility and Conditioning.

  2. Back squat: 305
    Shoulder press: 190 down from 195 last week. Failed miserably at 200.


    • Good Squat #! Shoulder press back and forth is pretty normal. I have the same issues one session to the next.

  6. I made up tuesday’s mixed interval session today, Goal was to beat Adelyn’s 328 figure. Goal not achieved. I got 315 as follows AD-87, C2-72, Heavy Rope-95, Burpees-61. Better than last time but worse than Adelynn and Joel at 349.

    work – 90 with bad stomach cramping on the 1st round, maybe more like sympathy labor pains for Whitney 😉

    BS – I didnt have a spot, so I limited myself to 4×3 at 205#

    8 rounds of 100 & 200 meter sprints wearing a SCBA mask
