  9. Thanks to 6pm who let me jump in with them. Row 48. This was disappointing because during last week’s intervals my first effort was a pr of 51. 3 cals in 2 minute is a sizeable drop. Burpees 45. Airdyne 47. My lame-ass knee was instantly reactive to the heavy rope, even on the astroturf, so I subbed step up onto the 20″ box. 46 total. For the 5th interval I subbed the 30 degree treadmill for the 400 m run and therefore got no score. So my last 2 intervals were definitely down in intensity vs the prescribed wod.
