B- 2:00 Rope Climbs x 2
C- 4:00 Ring Dips M- Strict x 10, Women kipping x 7

  3. Started with rings dips
    5×10 strict
    185 back squats 5×10
    2×5 RX rope climbs


  4. 70x5x10 Back squat
    3 rope climbs and 5 scaled
    Floor Push-ups 5×10


  5. BS rds 1-4=186×10, 5th rd=205 x10
    Rope climps rds 1-4=all legless, rd5=legless +20lb vest
    Ring Dips rd 1-4=strict, rd5=strict + 20lb vest

    Rope climbs: Rx- I also tried for a leg less and got 9/10ths of one and failed, on my next round I did get it for 1 rep 🙂 I am excited about that.
