WOD for Wednesday 2-25-15

Interval Tuesday on a Wednesday.

In a 2 minute work interval: Men row 25 cals, Women 20. With any time remaining, open athletes- Max rep double unders. Everyone else, max rep heavyrope. Score is both elements.

Rest 4 minutes.

repeat for 5 cycles.

    WOD #2 OHS @95 EMOMx5x10. Score 50


  2. 74, 71, 85, 61, 65 = 356
    Over head squats @ 95 10, 5, 5, 4, 5 need to work on depth.

    *side note for myself. Super happy about OHS- big improvement from two weeks ago. Don’t forget mobility work.

    First time ever of getting and stringing together a few DU. For OHS, just happy to do any …shoulder feels turrible.
