4 rounds

400 m run

10 pullups

20 Crossover Pushups

30 Situps

40 Air squats

rest 3 minutes between rounds.  Score is cumulative time INCLUDING your rest intervals.

OPEN REGISTRANTS

3×8 Front Squats for total load across all 24 reps

then

3 rds

200 m run, 10 pullups, 20 Crossover pushups, 30 Situps, 30 Burpees

  1. Front squats. 185×5, 205×5, 245×5 = 3175
    3 rd. Run, PU, Crossover push up, sit ups, Burpees. 7:49, 16:37, 24:06. My Claritin kicked in on the 3rd round.

  3. FS: 65 x 5 x 3 – did this light just to get my legs moving. They’re wrecked after 15.3 & a tennis match yesterday.
