Amrap in 8

3,6,9,12,15,18,21,24. Etc handstand push-ups
3,3,3,6,6,6,9,9,9. Etc cleans at 185/125

Scale: scheme as above but hspu are replaced by the push press at 95/65. Clean weight is 115/75.

    45 reps rx but used pad

    34 RX no pad. will repeat on Monday and kip from the first HSPU

  4. 15.4 – 8 rx
    went into this only getting a 125lb clean 1 time about 2 years during a strength cycle, so this was an accomplishment to get 3. I loved the hspu part. Going for this again on Monday.

  5. Thursday’s WOD: 14 rounds (50#, eye level)
    HOLY CRAP!! I was actually late getting my kid to preschool because I could barely move.

  6. 75reps–>15.4 scaled AMRAP 10 push press @65, 10 cleans @75
