    I did the reverse (2nd) part if the WOD
    I finished at 48 calories on the row

  6. I finally did 15.4 and got 54 reps. 9 (?) into the round of 15 HSPU’s. Target Goal was to finish that round. Handstand Pushups caught me by surprise. First time we’ve seen a movement that was NOT featured in the “Judge’s Tutorial”. Hope to get the double chipper in tonight with 5 or 6.

  9. 5 pm let me jump in, which was appreciated. Row to S20 I got 149. I’m going to sour grapes this one because, while I started at 9:03 I finished at exactly 19:00 with 1 rep left, forgetting at the time about my late start. No excuses on the way back, got crushed by the burpees and finished with a 136.
