WOD for Tuesday 6-16-15

Interval Tuesday returns. Men run 10 cycles of 1 on/2 off on the heavy rope for reps. Women 5 cycles of 2 on/4 off of the c2 row for calories.

Olympic lifting, your day is as follows

Power clean at 70% of your clean 1 reps, 3 reps x 5 sets
Power jerk at 60% of your 1 rep split jerk, 3 reps x 5 sets
Overhead squat at 70% of your ohs 1 rep max, 3 reps x 5 sets

  2. Tuesday Heavy Rope: 1016 PR last preformed on 1/6/15 799 reps.


  3. row: 33, 30, 28, 29, 32 = 152 (same as Jan which was a PR)
    This pattern is pretty typical of all of my workouts. Start off somewhat strong, bomb the middle and try to pick it up at the end.

  11. Kristen F led the way on the row intervals with 189. Lindsey 2nd at 175. Pregnant, 2015 Adelynn may have been 3rd, which is pretty reedic. Neal took the heavyrope crown currently vacated by Joel who’s doing the oly cycle, with Steve M in close 2nd.
