A- 20 Ab mat situps

B- 15/12 Calories on the Airdyne

C- 10/7 Pullups

Athlete must complete the task to score the round. Best possible score is 30.

  1. 9, 7, 10 = 26. I was able to tie “Example” so that’s a big win! These long WODS are a progressions for me. Getting better every WOD

    pu: 10 (8 rounds of unbroken pullups, made up for the crappy death bike)

    i took an ad cycle off midway through. trying to keep up with susan!!!!

    Pullups – 10

    Unbroken through half, then the AD just took too long…Situps were most painful. The whole thing was basically very uncomfortable.

  13. 30 points rxd. tried to go unbroken, c2b, butterfly on the pullups. Succeeded on the unbroken and c2b but failed on the butterfly aspects on 3 rds. Pullups went better than I thought given my excess bodyweight.

  15. 10 su, 8 ad, 10 pu =28 rx. I hate that bike. Side note, first time I was able to string some kipping Pullups together so that’s a plus
