WOD for 10-7-15

October 7, 2015

First: Bench press (or close grip)  Max efforts attempts at 8reps, 6 reps, 4 reps, 2 reps.

Then:  Against an 8 minute clock:  row 1 k, AMRAP burpees.  Short and sweet.

Running club is changing venues and is on hiatus this week,  but look for resumption NEXT thursday.  Details to follow.

  11. I did not bench press. I got 74 burpees on the amrap. Finsihed the row at 3:43. So 74 burpees in 4:15. This was actually slightly ahead of goal. Pleased at my ability to maintain a roughly 4sec/burpee pace.


    • I see a 100 burpee for time face off in the making…..


  12. I played 2 tennis matches, 3 sets a piece for total time: 4 1/2 hours

    Not very confident in my ability to do anything tomorrow.
