Thursday- Tabata intervals.  Air Squats x 8.   Rest 4.  Alternating Tabata Intervals KB Swings/Toes To Bar or Situps x 16.  Rest 4. Tabata Intervals.  Air Squats x 8.

    Went really hard trying to match Amber in the first round of Air squats and then fell off in the last 4 rounds. 😦

    T2B started off well, but quickly went downhill.

    Did another round of air squats alternating with lunges. Didn’t want to burn out my quads before the trail.

    I paced the second set of squats so I didn’t crater like my first round. I paced too much.


    • Emily was practicing the squats tonight at home and said she could’ve totally beat our scores. Haha! And watching her do them…I totally think she could have. Nice work!
