Open Gym Saturday and Sunday 10-12non. In house Competition for NEXT Saturday 10-17-15.

Open Gym is now BOTH  Saturday and Sunday from 10-12 Noon.  Come out and do your own thing.

Next Saturday (10-17-15)  We’ll have an in-house fitness competition.  5 events as follows,  in the order written.

  1. 1 RM Clean and Jerk.   Total lbs is your score.

2. Row 500m  Rest 90 Seconds.  Row 500m.  Cumulative time is your score.\

3.  Chipper.  Events to be announced.  10-20 minute Time Domain.

4.  Slam Ball Throw.  3 Attempts.  Single furthest Distance is your score.  Men 40#, Women 30#.

5. 1.5 mile run for time.
