1 Min on 1 min off.  Max rep thrusters.  First minute 135/95.  Every rep = 3 pts.  2nd minute max rep thrusters @ 115/80. Every rep = 2 pts.  3rd minute max rep thrusters 95/65. Every rep = 1 pt.  4th minute max rep squat cleans 95/65. Every rep= 1 pt.  5th minute max rep squat cleans 115/80.  Every rep = 2 pts.  6th minute max rep squat cleans 135/95.  Every rep = 3 pts.  Total points across all 6 working minutes is your score.

  4. hmm. this was the first time I’ve done 95# thrusters and i failed twice during that minute and got only 3. ;(
    total was 61. but rxd. so there’s that.

    65lb thrusters hurt, 95lb push press does not – weirdness of the shoulder!


  7. Thrusters 135×16=48, 115×12=24, 95×5=5. Squat Cleans 95×7=7, 115×12=24, 135×14=42 Total 150. Frankly, took it too easy in the middle block and could’ve squeezed out a few more reps with the 95lb weight in both thrusters and squat cleans.

  8. Thruster/Squat Cleans – 62 (?) all at 65lbs.
    Then did yesterday’s cardio wod. Kept my effort level around 80-85% due to sore back and head cold


  9. Took the basic bro way out and scaled everything to 65lbs across the board.
    Total 64.
