Monday–  Postponed from last thursday.  AMRAP in 20.  1 Burpee, 2 Pullups, 3 Crossover Pushups, 4 Reverse Lunges, 5 Double Unders.

Tuesday–  “DT”–5 Rounds for time.  12 Deadlifts, 9 Hang Cleans, 6 S20 @ 155/105

Wednesday– Every 3 minute on the minute x 5   A) Five laps 5m shuttle run, 10 KB Swings 24/16.   B) 5 Box Jumps 30″/24″, 5 Pullups  c2b/chin above bar.  C) 30 Seconds @ 100%on the C2 Row for max calories.

Thursday–  Strict Shoulder Press.  Work to a heavy 3RM.   Work TBD

Friday– Randy+Karen+Griff (originally performed on 8-31-12) is as follows

25 hang power snatches at 75/55

50 wallballs 20/14

    Tore the crap out of my hands doing the monster beat down, so instead of pullups I did:

    2 burpees
    4 crossover pushups
    4 lunges
    5 doubles


  4. 23 rounds and 3 singles- jump pull-ups and singles.


  5. 26 rounds rx – my rope broke and I lost about 1/2 to 1 round – thanks to Brock getting me a new rope or I would have lost even more!

    I loved this one!


  6. 27 rounds even RX’d I crossed off all my rounds so I probably lost several seconds there but I would’ve never been able to keep an accurate count without it. All you 30 rounders are beasts!


  7. 27 rounds – singles and jump pull ups, need to work on double unders and my pull ups


  8. 23 +2 RX–I was pleasantly surprised to string 5DU on most rounds. Started w/ burpee/PU, then had to start doing burpee then PU..I found myself staring at the bar way too much 😦
