Yoga attendees, you provide your own mat.  Please arrive promptly at 9 for instruction and setup.

Mashers, the explanation and instruction is at 10am,  Your WOD is below.  Open gym runs 10-12.

For time:
400m Run
20 Dumbbell Thrusters 45/30
400m run
18 Dumbbell Thrusters
etc, etc until…
400m Run
2 Dumbbell Thrusters

4 Rounds for time of:
25 GHD sit-ups
5 Rope climbs, 15ft

9-6-3 reps of:
Snatch 135/95
Burpee Box Jump 24″/20″



  1. MM:
    A. 30:09 w 20# Dumbbells
    B. 24:48 scaled – 5 rope pulls, 10 3/4 climbs, 5 rxd climbs.
    C. 8 ish minutes @70#
