Saturday and Sunday Open Gym 10-12 noon.

Please note, Yoga is now 8:45 to 10 am.  More time to open your hip capsules and align your chakras.  STILL FREE to members.

Monster Mash is Sunday at 10.  

2 Rds for time: 200 Yd KB Carry (that’s approximately 10 lengths of ASTROTURF), 100 Ft Handstand walk (ATHLETE’S Please DO NOT SET ANY KETTLEBELLS DOWN ON THE ASTROTURF. KB’s are the source of all the tears in the turf. Guard your fatigue such that you can get to the end of the length.

For time
10 Rope Climbs, 20 Clean and Jerk 155/105, 30 OTB Burpees, 40 Box Jump Overs, 50 Wallballs

For time
21-15-9 of Row Calories, Power Snatch 95/65, Toes to bar.

Rest 5 mins between workouts.
