Open Prep– A) Muscle Up Practice.  Any mix of Jumping Muscleups, Swing and Pull, Or Full Movement if you have them.  B) For time  30-20-10 Double Unders/Toes To Bar.  rest 1/1.  Then 30-20-10 Row Calories/Box Jumps
