Saturday and Sunday Open Gym both days, 10-12.
There is NO YOGA this weekend. Heather is at instructor continuing ed. Yoga will resume next saturday 1-23-15, with the 8:45 class and the 12 noon workshop both happening.
Your wod is
A) AMRAP in 15: 40 cals row, 30 Box Jumps/Step Ups 24″/20″, 20 HSPU, 10 Cleans @ 185/120
B) Rest to recovery and then 3 x 8-12 reps GHD back Extension. Use load as necessary. Shoulder Pre-Hab.
C) Top Half Bench Press 3×8. Slow movement, focus on strength at lockout.
