Your Valentines Monster Mash.

Athletes, be advised that during the 5 Week open,  we will split the 10-12 Open Gym period between the Monster Mash and The Open Workouts,  with Masher’s getting equipment, clock and Jill Priority during the first hour and Open Athletes getting all of the above from 11-12.  This should go pretty seamlessly, but DO be aware.  For instance, you may not be able to get all your MASH work done on a long one.  You may need to bring your own timer etc etc.

 

2 Rounds for time of:
18 Handstand Push-ups, strict
15 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
12 Squat Cleans 175/120

“SQT”
3 Rounds for time of:
10 Ground to Overhead 95/65
200 yd Shuttle Sprint (50×4)

For time:
800m Run
40 Air Squats
40 Clean & Jerks 115/80
40 Air Squats
800m Run

rest 5 minutes between workouts.
