Weekend Schedule: Yoga 8:45. Open Gym Sat and Sunday 10-12February 20, 2016
Depending on your individual recovery abilities, these are some of the last days you’d want to do anything that might create substantial soreness. In my own training I hope to get in some good Olympic work at around 80% of my 1 rep, and then some pullup volume on saturday, legs (probably via thrusters) on Sunday and a lung intensive medium metcon on Monday. Not much intense after that.
