WOD for Wednesday 2-24-16

A)  AMRAP IN 10 MINUTES-  10 Burpees to a 6″ target.  10 Chest to Bar pullups.  I did this on Sunday and got 131 reps or 6 full rds plus burpees and 1 pullup.

Rest 5-10 minutes

B) AMRAP in 10 MINUTES-  15/12 Cals Airdyne.  15 Box Jumps 24″20″ (change from KB Swings).

    (I biked 15 calories instead of 12. I somehow missed girls had to complete 12 calories and not 15.)

  4. AD/Box = 132 (for the record, during the first round I got totally freaked out by jumping with my jello legs and stepped up the last 7 of round 1 – jumped all rounds after that though) so – not quite rx

    Burpee/c2b = 108 with regular pullups

    • Susan do you know what we will be running? 400s, 800s? May try and come tomorrow


      • I didn’t have anything planned since I wasn’t sure if anyone was coming, so it can be whatever! We haven’t done 1200s in a while. I’ll be at 6am either way, so no pressure 🙂

    1st:
    ad/box jumps: 92 with step ups – very first attempt at a jump and wiped out! Luckily only banged/scraped my knee instead of my shin.
    2nd:
    burpee/c2b: 82 RX

    Then Heather talked me into running a mile.
