WOD for Thursday, 3-10-16

A)  For Time

20 Overhead Squats @ 95/65

10 Pullups

30 Front squats @ 115/80

15 Pullups

40 Back Squats @ 135/95

20 Pullups


B) 10-20 Minutes Zone 1 Recovery movement.  Deck of cards was a tough event.  If you’re fatigued and beat up,  treat this nice and easy.  If you feel great or weren’t here yesterday, make this a max effort.

  4. I spent almost 30 minutes chipping away at a version of this wod, substituting shoulder presses for all the squats.

  8. Brock, literally the only good part of that workout was making googly eyes at your kid. He’s awful cute.
    21mins. all the squats my gimpy grandma hip could handle. not to depth. 55/65/75. and 1 red band for pull ups.

    I really enjoyed this work out, but it will be interesting to see how my legs feel in the morning.

  11. 14:15. Gray band. Getting closer to unassisted pullups (I think). Anyhoo, also need work on OHS – lost time there. Quads still tight 15 hours later…
