Saturday 4/2 Open Gym 10-12 noon. Make up a workout and/or do your own thing.
Sunday 8:45 – 10:00 Olympic Lifting with Kayla. 10-12 Open Gym and Monster Mash with Jill.
Some very impressive test-in numbers this week, particularly Friday’s deadlift, which was the only day I did not coach at all…. I may be approaching irrelevant.
Keep it up. The tempo controls are frustrating in the short term but should make for a safer experience overall.
