Primary Lift- Bench press 3×8 for load.

Accessory- Top 1/2 Only Bench Press.  Descend until elbow is at 90 degrees. 2-2-x-2

Work-  For time

50/40 AD Calories

40 KB Swings 24/16

30 Box Jump Overs 24/20

20 Front Squats @ 155/105

10 Wall Walkups

    work: 13:30 @ 55lbs – 4:15 was on that stupid AD, made up some time with kbs & box jump overs (unbroken on both).

    in 13:02 i got through 5 scaled wall walk ups. 55# snatch.

    Work: 11:47 @60 – i still suck at snatches


  6. Bench: first time benching didn’t know quite where to start…heaviest set of 8 @ 195. Supplemental was a little bothersome on the elbow so I didn’t finish.

    WOD 16:40 RX Snatch felt way heavier than it should have and wall walkups were ridiculously challenging for me on the lungs. One day I will breath fire…one day.

  8. Made up pull-ups from yesterday. 4×8 @+1 mostly.

    Skipped the wod, ran 10 miles instead which I would chose any day over 10 wall walk ups.

    WOD: 10:23, subbed cleans (#105) for snatch. And the wall walk ups were pretty poor…
