WEEKEND SCHEDULE

SATURDAY

OPEN GYM 10-NOON.  There is no yoga this Saturday.  Heather is training other yoga instructors.

SUNDAY

OLYMPIC LIFTING 8:45 – 10 AM.  Kayla the PR machine, is ready to help YOU get your fast lifts faster.

OPEN GYM 10- NOON  & Momster Mash with Jill is ON.

    AMRAP 15 minutes of:
    5 Calories, Assault Bike
    5m Handstand Walk
    5 Toes-to-bar

    4 Rounds for time of:
    4 Clean & Jerks 205/145
    4 Rope Climbs, 15 ft

    3-6-9-12 reps for time of:
    Power Snatch 135/95
    Burpees, bar-facing

    *Rest 5 minutes between workouts
