Athlete’s please note: Olympic Lifting makes up for last Sunday with a very special 7pm on Wednesday, AND returns to it’s regular time of 8:45 this coming Sunday.
Yoga is not happening Saturday at it’s regular hour, but you can get your fix this Thursday at 7pm.
