Athlete’s please note:  Olympic Lifting makes up for last Sunday with a very special 7pm on Wednesday,  AND returns to it’s regular time of 8:45 this coming Sunday.

Yoga is not happening Saturday at it’s regular hour, but you can get your fix this Thursday at 7pm.

WEDNESDAY

A) Pulling Action 4×5

B)  Dumbell/KB Chinese Rows 3×8  (If you Chinese Row in A, add an incline)

C) Bottom Half Chinups 3×3

D)  Tabata Intervals  –  1) KB Swings  2) Burpees
