B) 3x max reps Strict, touch and go HSPU.  Head lands on the floor, attempt is over.  Scale to max reps top half shoulder press at 66% of A

D) Work- Against a 12 minute clock get as far as possible through

15 Power cleans @ 95/55

15 Power Cleans @ 115/75

15 Power Cleans @ 135/95

15 Power Cleans @ 155/115

15 Power Cleans @ 185/135

As many as possible @ 205/155

Fitness athletes start at 95/55, Competitors start at 115/75

  9. After kicking my own butt in open gym yesterday(push press 5×3,back squat 5×3, bar dips, sled pushes, sit ups, and weighted pull ups)… I decided to stay away from anything heavy today. I realized that I’m running a 5k in several days and haven’t run in months😳 So I ran 5k around CB and got 28:50. My goal for Thursday would be 25-27 range. 25 being a big time PR which is unlikely due to zero training… 27 being what I got 4 or so years ago which was the last time I ran a 5k. Should be fun regardless!


  10. SP Started lighter than my heaviest set of 182 last week because I had some back issues over the weekend.

    3 @ 175, 2 @ 185, 1 @ 195.

    HSPU touch and go to an ab mat. 25, then 13, no time for 3rd set.

    Clean WOD 60 reps @ Competition weight.

    I should’ve/could’ve gotten at least a couple at 205 but went real slow and methodical on my 185 due to said back issues. I had about 34 seconds left on the clock when I finished 185.


  11. Shoulder press, 80, 80, 85, headstand push ups-max 14.. Wod 90 reps but only went up 10lbs per round so 55-105..


  12. Cleans

    75-95-115 finished at 6 minutes then did 145 for 5 reps (lots and lots of pulls)

    WOD: 60 reps starting at 75
    150 is my clean PR so I was pretty happy to get through all 15@145. I had 2min left, pulled about six times but couldn’t get 155. I’m still happy with how it went.

    MURPH babysitter – if there are enough people interested, I’m willing to babysit your little people so you can do Murph on Monday. I also know that this workout really speaks to some people. While I have no interest in doing it, I can help by watching the babes. We have a break room in our shop where we can hang out safely.

  18. SP – 80×3, 85×3, 87x1x2
    Top 1/2 SP @ 75 x6x3, 75×8
    WOD – 45 reps; started at 55 which was really easy. I did them all unbroken. 75 was a little harder, 95 was challenging, 115….I was stopped dead in my tracks. I went into this round with 4/5 minutes or so left on the clock and attempted at least 10 times, but couldn’t clean it. So frustrating!!! Meanwhile, I see Dawn got all 15 reps at 115. I’ m not going to lie…I was envious. 😊
