Thursday- Olympic Lifting

Don’t forget at 7pm the beautiful and talented Kayla S. creates barbell magic at Olympic Lifting Class!

A- Clean: 12 Minutes-  Work to a heavy single.

B- Front Squat 3×3 Ascending.

C- Clean Gauntlets:  For time 9-6-3  Cleans (power or full) Competitors-  135/95, 185/125, 225/155.  Fitness 115/75, 135/95, 155/115.

    B. DNF I finish 185 1:05 the pulled 225 caught my elbows on my knees and found out my wrist can bend further back than I ever thought! Try to pull a 2nd time and the pain was to intense.
