C- Clean Gauntlets: For time 9-6-3 Cleans (power or full) Competitors- 135/95, 185/125, 225/155. Fitness 115/75, 135/95, 155/115.

by larrykeith67 July 15, 2016 at 6:55 AMB. DNF I finish 185 1:05 the pulled 225 caught my elbows on my knees and found out my wrist can bend further back than I ever thought! Try to pull a 2nd time and the pain was to intense.
