Olympic Lifting – week 5 day 1

Power Snatch 5×2 reps

Power Clean and Split Jerk  5×2+1 Reps

Front Squat 5×3 reps with a 1 second pause.

Snatch Grip Deadlift 5×2 reps with a 3 second descent

 

CrossFit- AMRAP in 15 Minutes. Light loads, Long-ish time frame.

15 Hang Power Cleans 75/55

15 Front Squats 75/55

15 Push Press 75/55 (Don’t Jerk)

15 Bar Facing Burpees

  2. Monday: 1st 10 min 40 degree treadmill challenge. Max calories in 10 min at 40 degrees without grabbing, holding or touching anything. 132 calories. This was harder than I thought and my calves were on fire afterwards.
    Program WOD. 4 rounds + 21 = 221 RX

    I’ll be tapering focusing more on stretching, mobility and light cardio for the rest of the week. Practice Wednesday & Thursday for the State championship. Then 2 matches on Friday and 1 Saturday morning. Playing teams from Asheville, Cary & Lake Norman!
