20 Overhead Squats @ 95/65
10 Pullups
30 Front squats @ 115/80
15 Pullups
40 Back Squats @ 135/95
20 Pullups
B) 10-20 Minutes Zone 1 Recovery movement. Deck of cards was a tough event. If you’re fatigued and beat up, treat this nice and easy. If you feel great or weren’t here yesterday, make this a max effort.

Brock, literally the only good part of that workout was making googly eyes at your kid. He’s awful cute.

14:15. Gray band. Getting closer to unassisted pullups (I think). Anyhoo, also need work on OHS – lost time there. Quads still tight 15 hours later…
